Discovery

How I start & what was the problem?

I started with a call with Piyush, the man behind the idea itself. We discussed the idea, market, and the competitors. After the short discussion, I started the market research and interviewing my friends who are already into fitness or willing to take a step towards it.

I found out certain pain-points of the potential users:

I found out certain pain-points of the potential users:

  • Existing fitness apps lack features that sustain long-term user motivation.

  • Most apps provide generic experiences, failing to connect with the younger audience (16-30 age group).

  • Users struggle with low engagement due to poor feedback mechanisms and limited personalization.

Outcome & Impact

Final Design

After gaining input and feedback from the team, I presented the final version of the design. This design included modern aesthetics, shapes and patterns, background animations, and other micro-interactions.

Maintaining a balance between modern aesthetics and usability was a challenge, but it was overcome by following the core UX principles.
