Streamlining Game Key Management: Simplifying Success for Sellers
Driffle Seller's Dashboard is a platform from where game key sellers can manage and view earnings, and organize and upload gaming keys for selling on Driffle's website.
Note: A game key is essentially just a voucher that entitles you to a product on the digital storefront.

Goal
The goal was to design a simple-to-use, user-centric dashboard for gaming key sellers on Driffle. A dashboard was needed where sellers can manage their earnings, upload and organize gaming keys, and ask for help from Driffle's team in case if needed.
Challenges
The main challenge in this whole process was to assist sellers while they upload gaming keys, remove dead keys, and manage the inventory of the keys.
To upload a new game key, the seller has to ask the Driffle team to verify the keys, verify the game, and then allow the sellers to list the keys.
Driffle was using the old school of handling the seller complaints by email. A new system was required to handle and track the complaints.
Outcome
I designed a full-fledged dashboard where sellers could manage and analyze all their earnings. Sellers could easily upload and update the gaming keys with easy-to-understand data representation to understand what are their best-selling keys.
Also, a new complaint-handling system was implemented.
Discovery
How I started
I already designed the Driffle Game Key Buying platform, which gave me enough knowledge about the requirements. I started with drafting the strategy to proceed with, keeping the scope and constraints in mind.
Research
I conducted user interviews with the top 5 sellers and the other 5 random sellers associated with Driffle. I asked them to show me how they use the existing system to upload and sell the keys.
I discovered the following issues:
It was not possible to keep track of the gaming keys uploaded.
No insights into their earnings.
Didn't know till the very last moment is the gaming key sold by them was out of stock.
Poor complaint handling leads to frustrated sellers.
Sellers had to manually email the team to request for any new game to show on the Driffle website.

Final Design
I completed the dashboard design within the set timeline, after working on 2 versions, this was finalized. Keeping the simplicity and user-friendly interface as a priority, I was able to meet the expectations of the team.
